When I bought it, it said it would be a much larger package, but it came in a smaller package. I got a flashlight with batteries, a case, a charger, 3 colored lenses, and a lanyard for my hand. The equipment does not correspond to the declared one. When buying, I chose the full equipment!!!!!!!
I just received recently so haven't put it through the ringer yet. So far with just a few minutes play time outdoors and I'm very impressed.
I'm now going to purchase the Owl eye Diamond variant for comparison.
Very Poor customer service plus product does not work properly.
Within an hour after this light was ordered I wrote twice once to sales and customer service to cancel this order. No reply back ever. Your company ignored my request and still sent the light. After I received to check on fuction the switch does not work properly and the light is defective.
I request a shipping label to return this light. If not I will contact American Express and place a poor review on your website and the internet.
