Customer Reviews
The product costed me £308.
I received torch, opened it and noticed straight away the batteries were rattling inside the torch. I took torch out and tried it and its throw was shorter than the matemingo (matemingo has a 2982m throw) and the maxtoch supposed to have 3.6km. I wrote an email to the seller and they said to return torch and will talk later. I paid £31 to return it and they came back saying there was a small scratch on one of the lenses which is ridiculous (i work with torches for last 20 years and I know not to touch lenses plus, I only handled that torch for 5 mins). They paid me back £277 so I lost £61. I will never buy from maxtoch again. I have already bought the owleyes (£600 plus i paid gor it) of which im very disappointed to say the least (it never in a million years has a 5km throw) but i dont want to lose more money as im sure they will deduct a lot. If they deducted money and did not pay for the return for a defective torch, imagine how much they would charge for a torch without defections but very very poor quality. Biggest scam for me since i buy torches, never again. Avoid avoid avoid.
Throw is very long. Intensity not so much.
But worse problem is that the torch i received does not seem to change intensity from High to Medium and Low. Also delivery time was higher than expected.
When I bought it, it said it would be a much larger package, but it came in a smaller package. I got a flashlight with batteries, a case, a charger, 3 colored lenses, and a lanyard for my hand. The equipment does not correspond to the declared one. When buying, I chose the full equipment!!!!!!!
I just received recently so haven't put it through the ringer yet. So far with just a few minutes play time outdoors and I'm very impressed.
I'm now going to purchase the Owl eye Diamond variant for comparison.
Very Poor customer service plus product does not work properly.
Within an hour after this light was ordered I wrote twice once to sales and customer service to cancel this order. No reply back ever. Your company ignored my request and still sent the light. After I received to check on fuction the switch does not work properly and the light is defective.
I request a shipping label to return this light. If not I will contact American Express and place a poor review on your website and the internet.
